To prepare your talk
Presentation format
Your talk presentation shall be in 16:9 format. For the best projection quality, we recommend files in pptx format. The pdf format is accepted. Videos included shall be in mp4 format.
Presentation duration
You will have 15 minutes to present your contribution followed by 5 minutes of questions.
Presentation upload
You can upload your presentation on our NDIP 2026 – Dropbox at any time in your session folder (recommended) or go and see our scientific desk during the conference with a memory stick no later than 1 day before your time slot. Don’t forget to put your speaker name in the filename.
To prepare your poster
Poster presentation
The format for the poster presentation is A0 vertical.
The panels measure width: 100 cm x height: 120 cm.
We encourage you to include the conference logo on your poster.
